Phantom Hill Farm is a full service training facility developed in 1989 to advance the philosophy of dressage as the basic foundation for all riding. Owned and operated by RaeAnn Cook, the farm is situated on 40 acres of rolling hills on the south end of Fort Collins, Colorado.

RaeAnn is a USDF Certified Instructor, USDF bronze and silver medalist and an 'L' Judge.   She has trained and competed up to the Grand Prix level in dressage.
